Program description
FrontDeskCo, a product of LifeAware Technologies LLC, sends text messages on behalf of the small businesses that use our AI receptionist service. Messages include: urgent escalation alerts to business owners when a caller reports an emergency, appointment confirmations and scheduling updates to customers who contacted the business, and conversational replies to customers who text the business's phone number.
Opt-in
Business owners opt in to owner-alert notifications when they set up their FrontDeskCo account and provide their mobile number. Customers of a business receive messages only after they initiate contact by calling or texting that business's phone number; replies and appointment confirmations follow from that customer-initiated contact.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with call and scheduling activity. Owners typically receive alerts only when action is needed; customers typically receive a small number of messages related to their specific request or appointment.
Fees
FrontDeskCo does not charge recipients for messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe.
